Schizophrenia. It's a big word that scares a lot of people. It is an illness, much like any other disability, caused by genetic and environmental factors. And the sad thing is, society is often too afraid of the word to see the people behind it. This is my journey through the diagnosis and treatment of my husband's schizophrenia, a compilation of resources, and documentation of the struggles and miracles throughout that journey. It is my story, a story that is still being written each and every day.
